Introduction
Welcome to Sherpa. This document establishes the terms and conditions that govern access, navigation, registration, and general use of the services provided by Sherpa, whether through its website, mobile application, or other current or future digital means. By accessing or using any of the services offered by Sherpa, you manifest having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. In case you do not agree with any of the terms established here, we request you to refrain from using our services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between the user and Sherpa, and their acceptance is a necessary condition for the use of our platforms.
Definitions
For the purposes of this document, "Sherpa" shall be understood as the company owner of the platform, as well as its affiliates, legal representatives, employees, and licensors. The term "user" refers to any natural or legal person who accesses, navigates, uses, registers, or interacts in any way with Sherpa services. The term "services" includes all functionalities, tools, content, products, information, and technology that Sherpa makes available through its platform, whether these are free or paid.
Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use Sherpa's services in accordance with applicable law, morals, public order, and these Terms and Conditions. It is strictly prohibited to use the services for illicit, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, abusive purposes or that may affect the rights and interests of third parties or Sherpa. Likewise, the user will refrain from trying to access restricted areas of the system, altering or interfering with the technical operation of the platform, or using automated tools that may affect the experience of other users or the technological infrastructure. Any misuse will be sufficient reason to suspend or cancel user access without prior notice.
Registration and Accounts
To access certain features, the user may require the creation of a personal account. In such case, the user declares that all information provided during registration will be truthful, complete, and updated. It will be the exclusive responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, as well as all activities carried out from their account. Sherpa is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the account by third parties. In case of suspected improper access or security breach, the user must immediately notify Sherpa to take the necessary measures.
Protection of Personal Data and Privacy
Sherpa recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of its users and is committed to treating personal data according to current legislation. Data processing will be governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using Sherpa's services, the user expressly accepts that their personal data may be collected, stored, used and, where appropriate, transferred as described in said policy. Sherpa will adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, although it cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
